Attention JH Boys BB Patrons*** The last day of the MEL league tournament is tomorrow starting at 9:00am same as last week. It was on our calendar for 5:00pm, which is the incorrect time. Please note, first games start at 9:00am, with Riley County 7th grade playing in games 1 and 4, and 8th grade playing in games 3 and 5.

Members of the RCHS Color Guard practiced performing today. Be sure to check out their halftime performance Monday night during the Varsity Girls game at 6pm!
The RCHS FFA Chapter is sponsoring a Staff Welding Contest. Faculty members were trained by students and are making their welds this week to enter into the contest. Stay tuned as judging and results will be announced next week during National FFA week!
RCHS Basketball made a clean sweep at Council Grove tonight! All teams picked up a win over the Braves. The Falcons will travel to Rossville on Friday to take on the Dawgs, tip-off at 4:30!

RCHS Wrestler Makayla Truesdale competed today in the 4-1A Girls Regional Wrestling Tournament at Rossville. Makayla went 1-2 on the day and ended her Freshman season with a 12-6 overall record!
RCHS Students and Staff participated in Spirit Week this week! The Junior Class was named the overall Spirit winners! Mrs. Lloyd's Seminar won the Shopping Cart contest! Thank you to all participants for a great week at RCHS!

RCHS FFA members competed in multiple competitions this week. Cody Sharp, Jacob Wendland, and Taryn Shepard all competed in Job Interview. Jacob Wendland competed in Prepared Public Speech. Alexzandra Anderson, Katelyn Allison, and Madison Hammond participated in FFA Creed. Congratulations to Madison Hammond for placing 8th in the district!
RCHS hosted Mid-East League Wrestling tonight. The Falcons placed 4th overall. Congratulations to the following medalists: Cyrus England 2nd place 106#, Nathaniel Hammond 1st place 144#, Brogan Schuh 2nd place 190#, Jackson Shanahan 2nd 215#, and Torin Sheaves 2nd place 285#!
