As of this morning, we still have not had a Golden Ticket winner. One student at Riley County Grade School has the winning ticket, they just haven't entered it yet.
When the Golden Tickets were passed out, each student had a 1 in 425 chance of winning. If you have not yet participated, your odds have improved to 1 in 3!

Congratulations to Riley County High School's Student of the Month for January, Trynity McCoy! Trynity, a 9th Grader, has earned a 3.67 GPA. English is her favorite subject & she is currently involved in Choir & Forensics. She looks forward to being part of the School Play, Softball, & Trap Team this Spring!

Congratulations to both our girls and boys varsity teams for their performance at the Hillsboro Tournament! Both teams finished the tournament on Saturday with a win over Hillsboro. The boys finished with a 3rd Place finish and the girls finished as tournament Champions. Go Falcons!
Riley Co. Forensics attended their first tournament of the season at Republic Co. on January 25, 2020. All members attending the tournament medaled. Hannah Trechter placed 2nd in Original Oration, qualifying for state; Hannah Trechter and Trynity McCoy won the 1st place medal in Impromptu Duet Acting, qualifying for state; Ethan Shanahan earned the 6th place medal in Extemporaneous Speaking and Camden Bartlett placed 2nd in Extemporaneous Speaking, also qualifying for state.
It was a great first tournament; congratulations to all!
