That's a wrap on MS volleyball this year! In the 8th grade portion of the Big East League tournament in Holton, the Falcons went 1-1, dropping a tough one to Royal Valley in bracket play. Our 7th graders in Seneca went 4-1 on the day, with wins against St. Marys, Silver Lake, a loss in the championship bracket to 1 seed Rossville, and eventually taking down Holton for 3rd place. A big thank you goes out to Coach Downing and Coach Hanson, as well as all of our parents for your support of our girls this season. Another big thank you to our MS boys who showed up and showed out today cheering on our girls. Way to go Falcons!
JV Volleyball went 4-1 on the day at Rock Creek and took 3rd place! Great job ladies!

On October 8th, members of the Riley County FFA, traveled to Manhattan Farm Bureau headquarters to pack 6,000 meals to be distributed to food banks and blessing boxes in Riley County. Other participants were Blue Valley FFA, Manhattan FFA, as well as other volunteers.
***Falcon Fans*** Seeding for the MS league volleyball tournament tomorrow is complete. 8th grade will play in game 2 at Holton (roughly 10:00am) against Sabetha and game 3 against Royal valley. 7th grade will play in game 1 at Seneca (approximately 9:00am) against St. Marys, and game 3 against Silver Lake. This is bracket play, the rest of the day depends on the results of both teams in their bracket. Lets Go Falcons!
