The RCMS Scholars Bowl team did well at the last Mid East League tournament today! Our 7th grade squad took 3rd place and 8th graders took 2nd. Great job Falcons!
Another fabulous music performance last night! Our 3rd and 4th graders led by Mrs. Kern treated us to some fabulous singing, recorder playing, and even some folk dancing. Great work Falcons!
Varsity Baseball and Softball competed at Wabaunsee tonight. Softball picked up two wins and Baseball fell to the Chargers. Varsity Baseball will host Abilene on Thursday and Varsity Softball will host Abilene on Friday, both games start at 4:30pm!
RCHS Art Students will enter their projects this week in the Mid-East League Art Competition at Rock Creek. Projects will be judged on Wednesday and then put on display at Iron Clad in Wamego. Stop by on Sunday, April 14th to check out the Mid-East League Art Show!

Congratulations to the RCHS Student of the Month for March, Alexzandra Anderson!
Alexzandra, a 10th Grader, has a cumulative GPA of 3.95 and is currently a member of the Band, FFA, Key Club, Book Club, Tri-M, and currently serves as President of the Sophomore Class. She is also a member of the volleyball, basketball, and softball teams.
Here is what Mrs. Krohn has to say about Alexzandra: "I can’t say enough great things about Alexzandra! Alexzandra makes our school a positive place to be! She has an upbeat attitude, is respectful, and the first to take on leadership roles. She is involved in so much and still finds time to stay on top of her work and interact positively with her classmates and friends."
Mrs. Lloyd also added, "Alexzandra positively helps everyone around her and is a model student at Riley County!" Congratulations Alexzandra!
