In Celebration of Red Ribbon Week, RCHS SADD members provided Red Ribbon Week activities with RCGS students today!
It’s always a pleasure to have our high schoolers come and visit our grade school students! Today, I’m honor of Red Ribbon Week, we were treated to games and activities from the high school SADD group, Mrs. Steiner and Mr. Tenor. Thank you for spending time with our students today!
Girls basketball season is officially under way! Our middle school girls opened up their season at home against Chapman, and got to utilize our new scoreboards in both gyms. B team won 18-17, 7a won 29-5, and 8a won 22-17. Way to go Falcons!
The RCHS Volleyball Team competed at Sub-State today in Marysville. They fought hard against the number one seeded Beloit Trojans but came up short, bringing their season to a close.
Congrats to the RCHS Cross Country teams! Both Boys and Girls Teams qualified for State this morning! The Girls Team took 1st and the Boys 3rd! Top placers were: Anna 1st, Meredith 7th, Belle 17th, Owen 4th, Cody 13th, Jeter 15th.Both teams will run next Saturday at Rim Rock!
RCHS Football hosted Minneapolis tonight on Senior Night. The Falcons beat the Lions 41-34!
The RCHS Vocal Music Department hosted their Fall Concert this evening! Concert Choir and Rhythm N Blue performed multiple selections. Congratulations on a wonderful performance!

RCHS Volleyball hosted St.Marys tonight on Senior Night. Varsity went 0-2, JV 2-0, and C Team went 0-2 on the night. Varsity will play this Saturday at the Marysville Sub-State!
JV Football hosted Nemaha Central tonight. The Thunder beat the Falcons 14-6. Varsity will host Minneapolis this Friday at 7pm!

We have another middle school league champion in Cross Country! Casey Jones takes home first place in 8th grade , with Dash Hancock taking home second in 8th grade. Casey was not beaten in a standard 2 mile race all year. Way to go Falcons!
RCHS Cross Country ran at the league meet today. Boys & Girls Teams both finished in 1st place! Medalists were: Belle 10th, Meredith 5th, Anna 4th, Kaden 9th, Jeter 8th, Cody 5th and Owen finished as a league champion. The Falcons will run next Saturday at Regionals in Sabetha!
The Marching Falcons earned a 1 Rating at the inaugural Bandtober Marching Festival and left with top captions in Drum Major & General Effect! Thank you for supporting the RCHS Band this morning! Schools competing were: Chapman, Clay Center, Hillsboro, Marysville & Sabetha!

Over the weekend C Team Volleyball took 2nd place at the Perry Lecompton Tournament!
JV Football hosted Chapman tonight. The Irish won 44-6. JV will host Nemaha Central next Monday at 6pm!
