To recognize the National School Lunch Program (which serves nearly 30 million children each day), USD 378 Riley County Schools will celebrate National School Lunch Week from October 14-17, 2024. The fun and creative campaign theme, "School Lunch Pirates: Find Your Treasure!", highlights the importance of a healthy school lunch for student success both in and out of the classroom. The federally funded National School Lunch Program (NSLP) has been fueling students for success for 77 years.

Monday - Pirate Plank Dog, Steamed Pirate Parrot Carrots, Broccoli Sea Crowns, Sunken Treasure Fruit
Tuesday - Captain Drumstix Feast, Treasure Mashed Potatoes, Seafarers Roll, Pirates Plunder Tomatoes and Carrot Sticks, Sunken Treasure Fruit
Wednesday - Buccaneer's Frito Pie, Shipwrecked Potatoes, Seasoned Shipmate Beans, Shipmate Carrots, Sunken Treasure Fruit
Thursday - Sweet Sea Dragon Chicken & Rice, Captains Garlic Bread, First Mate Peas, Captains Garden Greens, Sunken Treasure Fruit
Friday - No School (Inservice)
